How to be the Leader of Men
Dec 2011 17

One of the fundamental principles of being successful with women, is to also be the leader of men. This goes back the prehistoric times, when the leader of men would have had access to the best food, home and protection for his family – therefore offering his mate the greatest prospects of survival. Fast-forward to present day and things are little different.

Every time we go into the conversation we must expect to have the responsibility of leading it and, as a result, demonstrating that we are the leader of men. It is up to us to start conversation topics, as well as remembering people’s names and also introducing people when others join the conversation. We must all take responsibility to fill up awkward moments and fill up any silences.

When we go into a conversation, 95% of the people expect everyone else to take that role. You will see it whilst out, the guy that all his friends are crowded around, he is the one that they all expect to start the conversation, do to the introducing and fill up awkward silences. For he is the alpha male and leader of men.

This may seems like a big burden to take up, but it’s actually easier than you think. Because you can actually get away with do the least amount of talking, but you just keep the conversation going, acknowledge to them that you are listening and add when you feel appropriate.

What you get from that is phenomenal. Everyone in the group will feel comfortable around you, and will get good vibes from being in your presence and socialising with you. If you had expected somebody else to take control of the conversation then you would have just become ‘part of the group’. So to improve our success rate today we must employ this mindset in our daily lives and become the leader of men.
