Every time we go into the conversation we must expect to have the responsibility of leading it and, as a result, demonstrating that we are the leader of men. It is up to us to start conversation topics, as well as remembering people’s names and also introducing people when others join the conversation. This may seems like a big burden to take up, but it’s actually easier than you think. Because you can actually get away with do the least amount of talking, but you just keep the conversation going, acknowledge to them that you are listening and add when you feel appropriate.
What you get from that is phenomenal. Everyone in the group will feel comfortable around you, and will get good vibes from being in your presence and socialising with you. If you had expected somebody else to take control of the conversation then you would have just become ‘part of the group’.
